Windows 10: I have no sound out of my pc speakers. I have run diagnostics but says no speakers...

I have no sound out of my computer speakers but when I use ear buds in bluetooth I can get sound with no problem.

no sound plays through internal speakers

I cannot get any sound to play through the internal speakers of my laptop. It did play previously. The speaker in the task bar has a red and white x and the trouble shooter says no speakers headphones plugged in. When I pull up the info on sound it lists
its location at HDMI port. Suggestions?

Speaker sound

The volume using the Lenovo PC speakers is almost not audible. With the sound set to 100%, it is just audible in a quiet room. Suggestions?
