Windows 10: I have no sound unable to use for media, lessons online, no teams, no zoom?

I have no sound on Windows 11. I am unable to use Microsoft teams, zoom, you tube, and lessons on line.

I understand that you are unable to get audio in Zoom. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• 
  Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?
  
• 
  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• 
  Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating
  system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.



However, I would also suggest you to get in touch with the
Zoom support team for further assistance with the issue.

Bluetooth sound cuts out only on Zoom and Microsoft teams

I think I figured out what is going on but I still don't know how to fix it. I think this is a Zoom/Microsoft Teams issue and not a bluetooth issue. My other Laptop was running Zoom 4.6 and it worked and the audio did not cut out after a few mins. My laptop
that was having issues was using the newest version of Zoom (5.0.1). When I upgraded Zoom to 5.0.1 on my other laptop it started having the same exact issue. With this said, I still don't know why Microsoft Teams does the same thing.

Before I figured this out, I did try what you suggested and same issue.

If you can figure this one out, then Greg, you are the real MVP.

Sound stops with Zoom and Microsoft Teams after about one minute.

Still using Windows 7 on my laptop but when joining either a Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting the sound made by other participants disappears as though my speakers have suddenly stopped working after about one minute although they can still hear me.

Is this a problem of compatibility between W7 and Zoom and Teams as my speakers work fine otherwise?

Is there a fix please?
