Windows 10: I have no threat service anymore and it tells me to restart it but I cant

Like in the title my windows defender doesn't work and it tells me to restart my threat service but I cant. On the Virus and threat protection page it says "Threat service has stopped. Restart it now."

I have a problem with - The threat service has stopped

W10, ver 22H2. I decided to uninstall Comodo anti-virus. I was hoping that I could then easily switch over to W10's built-in anti-virus. Inside W10's Virus and Threat protection settings, I clicked on the Restart Now button to restart the threat service, but I get an "Unexpected Error", and that the service can't be restarted. I noticed inside the Windows Services section where all the services are listed, that only the Windows Defender service is listed. None of the Windows Anti-Virus services are listed. Do I need to reinstall the Windows Anti-Virus services? I'm afraid I don't know what to do at this stage. I'm not knowledgeable about this topic. Thanks a lot for any help!! It would be very much appreciated.

I am not able to activate viruses and threat protection in windows defender

it says threat services has stopped. Restart it now. But nothing happens.

Windows Service not running at computer startup / restart.

@Samurai - Thanks for the suggestion, but how does this recommendaiton work with an already existing service? Because the service is already listed in the services list, it just refuses to start when set to "Automatic" when I startup or restart the computer. By the looks of the "runaservice" download, it will create a whole new service in the services list, as if I don't currently have one.
