Windows 10: I have not received my certificate , I have passed the exam on 15th of feb 2023.

I have given the AZ-400 exam on 15th Feb 2023 and its now about 6 days still I have not received my certificate , I have passed the exam on 15th of feb 2023. My mail Id for given exam was *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - Ashutosh Kumar

I passed AZ-900 exam on 1st November 2021 but did not receive the certificate. It does not show online.
