Windows 10: I have overwritten cmd.exe with some other exe accidentally, how to reinstall?

Discus and support I have overwritten cmd.exe with some other exe accidentally, how to reinstall? in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; So I have overwritten cmd.exe with utilman.exe for some dumb reason... how to reinstall cmd?     So I have overwritten cmd.exe with utilman.exe for some dumb reason... how to reinstall cmd?

    PS: Powershell works fine if needed!

    Accidentally changed .exe files

    I accidentally changed my .exe files to be opened with one particular program and now none work. How do I change them to one that will. I have looked all over for an answer but all are in relation to earlier versions of windows mine is Windows 10.

    I am unable to open internet explorer or even run a restore because they are .exe files that run them please help.

    Trying to download Chrome browser (exe file)

    when trying to open, prompts open with and list programs to open with
