Windows 10: I have paid for the lifetime Player but it doesnt work , what can I do?

Why does not Microsoft correct whatever Windows 10 issue is that has rendered using the bought and paid for life software Apowersoft audio streaming? This has been going on for months and is effecting numerous customers who paid for the Apowersoft software
download. Whether it is Windows 10 updates or some other Windows 10 issue that is causing the inability to connect for downloads, it is no doubt a Windows 10 issue that Microsoft should either correct or give a clear explanation as to why the software has
worked for years before Windows 10 and the many updates have arrived. Microsoft makes too much money not to step up to the plate and fix this issue.

Windows Media Player doesnt recognize there is a DVD in the player, and wont play it. Windows 10.

I suggest you to turn Off and On the Windows Media Player from the Programs and Features.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start icon and select
  Programs and Features option from the list.
  
• 
  Click on Turn Windows features on or off from the left pane.
  
• 
  Expand Media Features from the list.
  
• 
  Uncheck the Windows Media Player option and restart the system.
  
• 
  Follow Step 1 to Step 3 and recheck the Windows Media Player option.
  
• 
  Open the Windows Media Player to check if it works.
