    I am disgusted by how difficult it is to get help. I bought this license from Microsoft, not "the community," and I expect Microsoft to support it. It is a shameful failure on Microsoft's part that I have to go through all of this, and a clear signal that it does not give a rat's **** about the customer. I do not intend to ever downgrade to the next piece of unsupported trash this garbage company releases.

    Bluetooth headset stuttering

    The motherboard of my pc was renewed. After that I couldn't connect or remove the bluetooth headset anymore. After deleting the device in device manager and removing the device in BTHPORT in the registry I was able to connect again. The problem now is that the audio is stuttering on my headset. I also connected my earpods and they have the same problem.

    I uninstalled the bluetooth device in dev manager, restarted and tried it all again. No change.

    I connected the headset to my laptop and it worked fine.

    Please help me to solve this problem or suggest a step to further narrow this down.

    • Click OK.
    • What is the make and model of your headset and Bluetooth dongle?
