Windows 10: I have pop ups and it stays blue and acts like its a virus

On my last past installs on website Roblox's. i have pops up that stays blue and it slows my pc down. I got app but i want studio to. pls help. I try get a pic. if need.

I have unsuccessfully tried to find this adware/malware in my files to remove it. My virus scanner continues to show 0 viruses, yet this annoying pop-up happens every time I access Firefox or Google. Any suggestions how to end it?
