    I HAVE A SONY VIO PC. AND FRECUENTLY GET THE THE VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. MY IMAGE GETS BLUE AND INITIATES A RESTART. HOW CA N I SOLVE THIS..

    VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

    I am using acer nitro5 with integrated graphic card and dedicated nvidia 1650 4gb graphics card. First i started getting VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR and windows restart s, but after this restart nvidia graphics card is not showing or disabled, non of the nvidia software runs they show no graphic card detected. Because of this i reset windows completely but after this also the problem is repeating.

    After I shut down and on my laptop after some time it shows nvidia graphics card and no issue but suddenly after some time VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR blue screen pops and windows restarts after restart nvidia graphics card is not showing or disabled.

    I also updated drivers but no use.

    Please Help me in solving this issue
