    Apps on queue but not started downloading

    Original Title: store

    Every time I start an app to download it says starting download. It has been a month since the app is in the queue but not started downloading.it shows starting download but never appeared to start download..pl help I have some very work with app .hope
    I will be receiving the reply soon as soon as possible..

    How do I remove apps from the downloads and installations area/queue?

    Hi John,

    The app in Download queue of Store (Open Store -> click on the account icon -> Select Downloads) should have the list of all apps which are in installation state. You can see a (x) button next to each app and you can click on that button to cancel individual
    download.

    App download queue stalled--logjam

    Remove the app from the application list and restart your phone. This should clear the download queue. Download the app - the update will be included- from Marketplace again.
