I am writing to seek assistance with downloading apps from the Microsoft Store on my Windows 11 system. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue where apps remain stuck in a pending state, and I’m unable to download or update them.

Problem Description:

• Apps are not downloading or updating.
  
• They remain stuck in the queue for an extended period.
  

Steps Taken:

1. I’ve signed out and signed back into my Microsoft Store account.
   
2. I’ve cleared the Microsoft Store cache using the wsreset command.
   
3. I’ve attempted to repair the Microsoft Store installation.
   

Request for Assistance: Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue? Are there any additional steps I should take to ensure successful app downloads?

Unfortunately, I tried all 3 methods, and none of them helped my problem. I'll answer the questions you gave me:

• What do you mean when you say "Doesn't work anyway when it is installed"?

I think this may have been someone else's post. The apps that are installed, but need to be updated, do not update.

• Do you mean Windows Store is not working?

Windows store is working fine. I am just not able to install nor update any apps.

• Which all troubleshooting steps have you already tried in resolving this issue?

I have tried the one you just suggested me.

• What is the error message or code you receive?

I get the error code 0x80070006
