Problem with store: updates of aplications are not shown automatically

Hello,

I have a problem with store: updates of aplications are shown only if I find that aplication in store and open details. For example: update for Skype was published yesterday, but update still did not appear in store yet. Usually update was shown the same
day as was published.

I did factory restore for my Lumia 925 by Nokia care aplication latelly. After that this problem occured.

Do you know how this problem could be solved?

Yesterday, I buy a new laptop. Another aplication not error but in aplication store where i will download aplication in store windows 10. When i open this aplication. In some second this aplication closing automatic, whereas i don't klik cross( close)
