Windows 10: i have problem with my laptop Legion, trojan virus attack my laptop!!!

hello everyonecan someone please help me to fix my problems, i have some trojan virus attacked my laptop, the virus attack my internet and my keyboard, i try to factory reset my laptop, but the result is same.i just read in this forum that can fix it in hereand someone help with FRST, and i try it. here is the file of the FRST Logplease help me,

A virus attacked my laptop

So my laptop was effected by a virus and now my laptop was ruined and 5 months ago i try to troubleshoot my laptop and my windows defender was stopped and i clicked on a link and a .exe virus was attack my laptop and day by day my laptop was effects but i can only play minecraft but now on these days my laptop is so badly effected and now i cant even shutdown and not opening settings now the laptop was ruined so what can i do? Please tell me because i need my laptop very much because there was so many files and other *things* in my pendrive but can you help me microsoft? Please!.

Windows Defender Trojan virus

Windows Defender caught and isolated a Trojan virus that attacked my laptop. I have performed health scans, all updates, removed quarantined threats, run Windows Defender offline, but every time I open my computer, Windows Defender informs me that they
have detected this virus again. Help! How can I stop it from trying to attack my computer?
