    I have problem with shutting down then laptop


    Hey I have problem with laptop which is windows 11 and it whenever I shut down the computer it always turn back on without click power button i tired shut it down with power button for 5 sec it always back on without me turning it on and it sometimes when it's turning on it's asks to restart the cbios in a black screen and my cpu fan is always run fast by only opening one chrome tab I hope someone can tell the solution

    This issue could be due to a certain component which could be avoiding the system’s proper shut down process. As an initial troubleshooting, we suggest running the built-in app troubleshooter on your Windows 10 PC. To do so, please follow these
    steps:



    • Click the Windows icon.
    • Choose Settings.
    • Under Settings, choose Update & Security.
    • On the options on the left-hand side of the window, click Troubleshoot.
    • Under Find and fix other problems, select Power and click Run the troubleshooter.

    Laptop won't shut down

    Most of the time, the issue regarding a device that won't shut down properly may be caused by a system conflict after an update or that there are some incompatibility issues. To assist you with this concern, we recommend that you run the troubleshooter.
    To do this, kindly follow the steps listed below:

    • Type troubleshooting in the Search bar and press
      Enter.
    • Click on View all on the left-side of the page.
    • Click on each category below then follow the on-screen prompt to run the troubleshooter:
    • Background Intelligent Transfer Service
    • Hardware and Devices
    • Power
    • Windows Update
    Note: Make sure that you restart your PC after running the troubleshooter for each category.

    Let us know how it goes after performing the suggested steps.
