Windows 10: I have problems finishing updates.

I have tried updating with all the available security and driver updates, multiple times and the following errors are thrown up:0x800701030x800703f1At this point, my Bluetooth has stopped connecting and most of the AMD drivers are failing. I'm on Windows 11 Version 23H2. Kindly help. Thanks.

Windows Update Troubleshooter. This will help us identify and resolve any issues you encounter while updating your system. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Tap on Windows Key and click on search bar.
• Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on
  Troubleshooting
• Then click on View All on the left panel of the screen.
• Click on Windows Update.
• Click on Next and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter.

Windows 10 fails to update


When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
