Windows 10: I have problems trying to recover both my Microsoft accounts.

Hello my name is Joseph Urbaez owner of the account and this is my last attempt to recover my important accounts for Microsoft. I have 2 important accounts that I forgot the passwords for it, and when trying to use the conventional methods I never get an answer or a way to fix it. I probably don't have access to the phone number that I use to create the account, and I probably don't even remember. I probably don't even remember any card number that I ever used for this accounts since I was a kid when I created this accounts. Now I'm transferring my computer to my brother and keeping a new PC a

Trying to switch to Microsoft account from local, unable to...

I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck. Any other suggestions.
