    While the options not on the phone I've noticed that I can purchase with PayPal from Marketplace.WindowsPhone.com. I purchased a Windows Phone 7.x application, though right now I only have Windows Phone 8 hardware on my account. It may be worth some one with
    WP7.x trying to do a purchase from the desktop's browser to see if PayPal is presented there.

    No, unfortunately, there is no PayPal option in Windows Phone 7.5 when purchasing apps.

    I was trying to buy the app Maps Pro in the Microsoft Store and was linking my Paypal Account. Why is my actual Paypal Account which has some money in it not listed in "Choose Way to Pay" option. Only my Bank Account and Credit card are listed as ways
