Windows 10: I have purchased in-game currency 5 days ago and I still haven't received it.

I recently have gotten into the game Sea of Thieves; when I purchased the game I also purchased 1000 worth of ancient coins.I have the email receipt as the payment 100% went through. However I still have not received my currency in game and it has been 4+ days.I'm wondering if anyone knows any fixes for this problem or if there's anything/anyone I can contact in the Microsoft Department to help me with this issue.Thank you

Can't Purchase Avatar Items on WP Since Moving From Points to Local Currency

As the title suggests, on Windows Phones (WP 7, 8, & 8.1), if you go into the games hub, and follow the links down to where you can purchase items for you avatar, you cannot buy new items because everything is still listed at a point cost rather than your
local currency...

 

purchased app has disappeared after several days of use

I purchased an app (Cocktail Flow) in the marketplace and it worked as expected. A few days later I received an email explaining that my credit card information was invalid. I logged into Microsoft's billing site and I corrected the credit card. That
was maybe 3 or 4 days ago.

Last night, I discovered that the app was missing. I looked it up in the Marketplace and it said that it was already purchased. I restarted the phone a couple of times, but it did not reappear. This morning the Marketplace listed it as needing an update.
It downloaded a new version and installed, however it is still not appearing in the app list.

I suspect the billing issue is related to the problem, but I'm not sure. Games that I purchased at the same time as the app are still present in the game hub.

Help please!
