I have purchased software from Ebay which has been sent in "Google Link "form.Clicking on it as advised does nothing,I have a Microsoft and google account,how do I access the software?

Ebay problems with windows 10

I am using windows 10 and am listing on eBay.When I have uploaded my pictures to ebay for my listing,I click finish and am sent to desktop.I have to get back to chrome,then continue listing again,but the problem persists.Last week I was using windows 8
with no problems.What can I do to resolve this?

 

can't find e-form to refund software purchase

Hi I cant find the eform to refund a software purchase. Your system says "The e-form can be found in
Purchase Details of your Purchase History section." I can't see it, no sign of such a form. Tried using different browsers from phone and pc, same problem.

Also the 24 hour time limit on refunds is a really bad idea, as if someone has a problem, it's unlikely that it will be sorted before the time limit expires. The software was Guitar suite.
