Discus and support I have raw image extension installed on my win 11 should i see it in installed apps? I don't. in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; raw image extension is not working. I can only see the raw and now even tiff if I first display all the files in photo app. I do refresh on the folder...     I have raw image extension installed on my win 11 should i see it in installed apps? I don't.


    raw image extension is not working. I can only see the raw and now even tiff if I first display all the files in photo app. I do refresh on the folder after viewing the picture and thumbs are there. Any ideas?

    Hi, FWIW it installs ok on mine.. Can you install any other Store app?

    The description suggests the version check is when it is being installed. Were you able to download it?

    I am on version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1466) and tried to install the Raw image extension. When I click get it shows a dialog box including the message: Thanks for your interest in the Raw Image Extension. You can acquire the extension to install on your devices, but Windows 10 May 2019 Update (version number 1903) is required to install the extension.""

    I'm already on a higher version than this checked via Winver, so how do I convince it to install on my system? It has a green tick on system requirements. Is it possible to access and download the file manually? Or how do I convince the store I am on the right version?

    Raw Image extension refuses to install

    Thanks for the reply, no could not download it didn't offer to. It was showing a get button initially, now no apps show a get button, so perhaps it is a wider problem than just the Raw extension. Yes, that's where the version number discrepancy is.
