I do the research and I try what is offered. Here's what I have done:1. Command Prompt as administrator sfc/scannow and restart2. Change the Registry MUI and all those steps that did not help after the restart3. Do the string....cache suggestion. I modified the value to 38b and it changed but there is 907 at the end of it ??????3. There's this suggestion to change the Description and the Display name but on the right side, but I am confused. Do I click onto Description and change it to read: Enable remediation and protection of Windows Update ComponentsAnd do I click onto Display on the r

No Windows Update Medic Service

The Windows Update Medic Service might show as WaasMedicSvc in the Service MMC listing.

If it's missing, use the REG fix suggested by John DeV.
