I've tried mostly everything to get it to go down. I've searched the internet in the hopes of finding some stuff that works. I've done stuff in the command prompt and reset some things. I've gone into the settings and tuned off background downloading and delivery optimisation. I've disabled apps that would start up when turning the the pc on. yet the network service host has stayed the same. The one time I actually had hope of getting it fixed I got my dad to come over to see what he could make of it, it wasn't even there to see and I was playing an mmo at the time. So he didn't even know what

Service Host: Network Service high CPU load

    Hey friends,

I notice in my task manager that 'Service Host: Network Service' is always using ~10% of my CPU load. When I expand it, 'Delivery Optimization' is running and if I stop this it nothing happens.

Can anyone suggest why this requires such a high load and what I can do to stop this happening. Previous CPU loads were less than 5% for my system.

    I am running Win 10 Education 1909.

    Cheers.
