    I have received charges for 6 $25 gift cards that I did not make how do I get the money...


    I recently received a email saying thank you for your purchase upon inspection it I discovered the charges to my bank of 6 $25 gift cards meaning someone took $150 from me so how do I get that money back because I did not buy any Microsoft gift cards???***Post moved by the moderator to the appropriate forum category.***

    You should have received an email when you submitted for the card online. In that email was a link to check the status.

    Free $25 app gift card problem

    I bought an HTC Trophy in mid-December and it said I would get a free $25 app gift card. So I sent all the info needed (receipt and proof of purchase) but I still haven't received any contact from Windows Phone or Microsoft about my free gift card. Why
    is it taking so long and is it being processed?
