I have reset my window 11 pc after that defaultuser0 account is active, I have deleted this account and user files after that showing the user on when i restart my pc

After a Windows update the defaultuser0 profile showed up on my laptop. I deleted the user profile from the accounts tab in settings but defaultuser0 still tries to sign on upon restart/reboot and stays on the sign-in screen despite the account being removed from the list of users.
How do I get rid of defaultuser0?
