i have run into a error when trying to factory reset my pc it says there was a error resetting this pc no changes were made

Factory reset caused error

I wanted to reset my Msi Ge60 on windows 10 to factory settings, so i looked up how to do it, followed the steps and after fully resetting my i got and an error message. The error says:

Your pc needs to be repaired

error code 0xc0000034.

I looked it up and all i can find is that i need a windows 10 recovery disc but i dont have access to another windows 10 device to make a new recovery disc. How do i fix my pc?

 

No errors for timer not resetting

I am running version .26. When I run a manual artifact scan ATI Tool does not reset the No errors for timer back to zero. I know in the past it used to do this and it made it easy for me to set the scan and do other stuff. Then I could come back and compare the No errors for timer with the Running for timer to see if there were any artifacts.
