    My default printer is my new HP. I can print test page only. Everything else I want to print just gives me that stupid save option. What setting is wrong. Please give me step by step instructions so I can print

    HP printer not showing in printer list

    I have a new HP Envy x360 laptop and I just added an HP 5540 printer. (This printer works fine with my other laptop)

    The printer shows in my Printers and Scanners and shows as my default printer and the Test Page prints just fine.

    However when I try to print anything else the printer does not on my list of printers?

    Windows 10 new upgrade; HP network printer will not print

    Windows 10 new upgrade; HP network printer shows as properly installed on printer list but will not print. Printer dialogue box shows "printing" but no output. I have removed and reinstalled this printer to this PC. Same printer worked before with
    Win 8.1 and still does with my wife's Win 7 PC. So not printer. Win 10 printer troubleshooter did not find any problems. Any suggestions to correct?

    I'm sorry to hear that your printer only print test page. My name is Lee and I'm your Independent Advisor today.

    It sounds like the printer itself works fine since it can print a test page so I am thinking this is a possible issue with the printer driver.

    May I know the exact model of your printer (i.e. HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer, HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer, HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer, etc)?
