  1. I have set my Videos library to the directory of my second storage drive

I was trying to change the location of my Videos library to my secondary drive to after recently switching to an SSD boot and managed to set my videos library to the whole second drive. i have tried making a new library and changing the location of that but nothing is working, I have tried to use registry editor to change the location but the original library has disappeared in place of the HDD one.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    :)

Map a network drive folder to my video library

To Include folders using Manage Library Tools, we suggest that you perform the steps below:

    • In File Explorer, select or open a library (ex: Videos) you want to include a folder or drive to.
    • Click on the Library Tools Manage tab, and click on the Manage library button in the ribbon.
    • Click on the Add button
    • Browse to and select a folder or drive that you want to include in this library, and click on the Include folder button.
    • When finished, click/tap on OK.
Keep us updated with the result.

Moving a Directory to Storage Drive

I would not move any directories or folders, just the files like photos, video and music to another drive or even offline storage.

  4. I have set my Videos library to the directory of my second storage drive

Moving a Directory to Storage Drive

I should have said, this will be setting up others computers. As some new computers come with an SSD and a Storage Drive I would like to be able to set up clients computers like this and know they will be stable.

My personal computer is the standard C Drive with a Storage Partition. I don't personally move directories, but it is needed in instances with the SSD + Storage Drive setup, and folks that don't know how to keep things organised on different drives.
