Windows 10: I Have several problems and want them to get fixed urgently

Problems :Everytime I shuts down the PC i get an error saying critical process died.windows update doesnt show up in settings.i tried manual installation and it didnt solve my problem.i checked in services and i am missing the update orchestrator service.i tried using REGEDIT and it doesnt start.I open it and it shows up for a brief moment and disappears with no error message.i tried using the sfc /scannow and /restorehealth and nothing worked.i tried the takeown method for regedit and it didnt worked either.

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
