Windows 10: I have some problems when i play games.

I have some problems when i play games such as League of Legends. During ingame and surprisingly, the game is crashed and message appears that makes the game close. this problem happens twice or more every game. and I have another problem about the FPS in the game. it is somtimes above 120 and sometimes has a limit of 60. and the two problems happens together i.e. when i have noticed that the fps going abnormal, i expect thet i will face the first problem. I contacted Riot Support and they gave me some solutions such as deleting the drivers and reinstall them in the safe mode. but it didn't he
