Windows 10: I have suddenly got much larger icons on my display. How do I get back to the nornal display?

I have suddenly gone to much larger icons & text. I can't find a way to get back to the normal display with very small icons.

Hi Dwayne,

There are several reasons why icons suddenly became larger after an update. For us to isolate the root cause of it, we would like to know what troubleshooting steps have you done so far. Have you tried restarting your computer and check if the issue still
persists? Can you confirm if you are using a PC or a mobile phone? Can you send us a screenshot of the icons and display of your screen?

Display Suddenly Became Stretched Out and Much Larger

My computer's display suddenly changes so that everything appears stretched out and much larger. When this happened previousy, I'd go to the Display window in Settings and click the Detect button and the problem disappeared, but now that button appears
to be limited to multiple displays and I get a message stating no multiple displays can be detected. I've updated the graphics drivers -- no help. I've tried every one of the alternative setting listed and nothing helps. Any ideas about how to restore my previous
settings? I should note that there was an Update download last evening, so that might have caused this. Lately every time Updates are downloaded some new problem arises.
