Windows 10: I have switched BB provider. I cant log into my microsoft work account.

I have switched from BT to OGi fibre. Everything is working fine apart from i can not download anything from sky Failed location error comes up Plus i can not log into my microsoft office work account. sky tv works all ok, my kids X box , and all devices, laptops, phones etc all work through the new wifi and wired connections. I have been in contact with OGi and they are sayinfg that its an issue with the ISP. But, I have just jumped onto my neighbours wifi , again with OGI. and I cant log into my office account on that connection either. I cant try sky as its too complucated. Is this a

register PC with microsoft; use local account to log in

Just simply log in with your Microsoft Account.
Switch to Microsoft Account in Windows 10

Just go back to using a local account:

Help Removing Microsoft Account login

I am not sure if you want to switch to a local account instead of your Microsoft account, or if you want to keep your Microsoft account but login automatically instead of having to type the password.

Change Microsoft Account Details in Administrator Account

It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.

Notice that before doing this you need to remove the new additional MS account on the PC, the one you created with her credentials. Windows allows only one user account for each email address, if the new account exists you cannot switch the original administrator account to an MS account using the same email address.
