Windows 10: i have the BSOD OXC000021a and i dont want to reinstall windows can you help

Discus and support i have the BSOD OXC000021a and i dont want to reinstall windows can you help in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; heres the thing if driver signing is turned off it runs just fine i even went and updated the critical out of date drivers but i still get the BSOD on...     i have the BSOD OXC000021a and i dont want to reinstall windows can you help


    heres the thing if driver signing is turned off it runs just fine i even went and updated the critical out of date drivers but i still get the BSOD on reboot and it goes into reboot loop

    BSOD,code OXC000021a

    Following a restore operation BSOD with code OXC000021a. Then black screen, all function keys inoperable Can't get to any Bios settings or recovery methods.Have switched all video elements- no change.

    Thinking about cloning a new hard drive using a working windows 10 machine to eliminate the original hard drive and also bypassing the function keys.as a way to achieve a boot. Comments? Ideas?
