Windows 10: I have the Error: 0xC004F211 without hardware change

So today I booted up my pc and I saw that 'Activate Windows' has shown up. Now I know the error shows when there has been a hardware change, however I have not changed any hardware which can cause the 'Activate Windows'. The only thing that has changed in my pc recently was my graphics card, I had upgraded from a GTX 1650 to a RTX 3060. When I built my pc back January of this year, I activated a 'Microsoft Windows 10 Pro' key, and only today I am now getting issues about a key. I do not want to spend money again on another key when I know I should not need to buy another key. Is there anyway

Hardware changed but activation not transferred - 0xC004F211

I've just changed most of my hardware today. It now says that Windows is not activated. I don't have a product key, rather it's connected to my Microsoft account. I have had a change a few months ago (I reinstalled and upgraded from x86 to x64 with some
minor hardware changes) and the activation was okay. However this time it's giving me this error.

The kicker - in the course of my checking, I deleted my old device from my account (thinking that I don't have need of the old device and that this might've been the cause of the error due to having the same name), so now when I try to go through the troubleshooting
it says that no devices linked to my Microsoft account can be used for reactivating the device I'm using right now... though in all fairness I've gone through the troubleshooting steps before deletion and it still points to me needing to contact a 1800 number.

When I go to my Microsoft account, it lists this device (with the new motherboard) and says that "No issues found". As far as I remember, I didn't have an OEM version. I don't recall upgrading from Windows 7/8. I have no trouble updating via Windows Update.
Help?

Reactivating Windows after Hardware change. (Error code 0xC004F211)

After having changed my Motherboard, RAM and CPU, the activation page says that Windows is not activated.

Before changing the hardware, I linked my digital license to my microsoft account, in order to prevent exactly this problem. I already tried everything the help pages suggest (running the trouble shooter, etc.) and nothing seems to get rid of the problem.

I would be very greatful if anyone can offer further suggestions
