Windows 10: i have the lenovo thinkpad i am not able to use camera with any of the apps its always...

camera not work tried to resolve it many ways but still not working .it shows only a blank grey screen with a plus mark on itpls help cant even use camera on zoom

In built camera on the Lenovo ThinkPad E14 is not working

• The led indicator near the camera blinks occasionally.
  
• The hardware details are not listed in the device manager.
  
• Windows camera app showing 'No Cameras Are Attached'
  
• No, Not the privacy slider, F+ keys issues
  
• installed and uninstalled the drivers many times
  
• No camera is listed even in the Lenovo Vantage app
  

 

Lenovo Recalls 208,000 ThinkPad Batteries

On March 1, 2007, Lenovo voluntarily recalled certain 208,000 9-cell lithium-ion batteries. These batteries were manufactured for use with ThinkPad notebook computers that shipped worldwide between November 2005 and February 2007. All ThinkPad R60, R60e Series, ThinkPad T60, T60p Series and ThinkPad Z60m, Z61e, Z61m, and Z61p Series with 9-cell 10.8V, 5.2 Ah batteries with part number FRU P/N 92P1131 are being recalled. All affected batteries will be replaced free of charge. Lenovo suggests those computers with defective units remove the battery and use the AC adaptor until a replacement has arrived.

New Lenovo X1 Thinkpad camera hardware works but software doesn't Win 10

I purchased a brand new Lenovo X1 Thinkpad from Costco in January 2020 and only recently had a need to use the camera, which doesn't work. Lenovo warranty service tested the device by running their own operating system with the camera and told me the
camera hardware is operating fine, but for some reason there is a software issue with Win 10, and they can't figure it out and won't replace the Laptop or camera. They suggested I do a factory reset, but I'd rather not as I will lose MS Office Software I've
placed on the Laptop. Any ideas?
