Please complete the following steps so that we can further investigate this issue.

• Enable Diagnostic Logging.
  • From the Mail app, click on Settings and then click on Help.
  • In Help, enable the option under the heading "Enable Verbos Diagnostic Logging"
• Reproduce the issue.
• Collect the Client Session ID from the Mail app (after reproducing the issue).
  • From the mail app, click on Settings and then click on Help.
  • Copy the Client Session ID.
• Provide Feedback
  • From the Mail app, click on the Smiley Face to open Windows Feedback.
  • In the feedback app Confirm that Mail is selected in the list of app on the left.
    
  • Search for a similar report and add a comment to an existing report if one exists or create a new feedback.
    
  • Before submitting the feedback paste in the Client Session ID from step3.
  • Submit the feedback.
• Disable diagnostic logging.
  • From the Mail app, click on Settings and then click on Help.
  • In Help, disable the option under the heading "Enable Verbos Diagnostic Logging"

Please also provide the Client Session ID in a reply here.

 

Local administrator mail id changed automatically

Hi windows experts,

I am using Windows 11 Home on my personal HP gaming laptop. Initially I was signing in into my windows using one of my Outlook IDs (xxxxxxxxxx@live,in) as administrator. Later I changed it into a local user account for which I have two user sub-folders in my user account folder in C drive. Right away I removed my Microsoft user account which I was signing in using my above mention mail id. But I kept using all of my three Microsoft accounts in the "Mail & Calendar" App. Recently I added my friend's mail ID to the "Mail & Calendar" App. Now my friend's mail ID is appearing under my Local user account name in the setting page. I am stuck with how to remove that mail ID and change it to my own ID. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out by guiding how to change my friend's mail ID to my mail ID without creating any new user account and losing the data and user settings.
