Windows 10: I have this really annoying border around my game FC 25.

Tried to update my drivers, messed with my display and nothing helped.

Is it possible to remove the 1-pixel border around windows that the "Show accent color on title bars and windows borders" setting refers to?

Things I've attempted and do NOT work:

• Personalization > Colors > Show accent color on title bars and windows borders > Off. This just uses a default contrasting color for the Dark theme. It does NOT make the 1px border disappear.
  
• Personalization > Colors > Custom Colors > View Colors > More > RGB = #000000 > Done. It feels like this will work, but pressing View Colors again shows a warning "This color looks like it might be hard to read." and changes the color code to something else and highly visible.
  
• Accessibility > Contrast Themes. No options to disable the border.
  
• Accessibility > Color Filters. No option to disable the border.
  
• Personalization > Themes. No option to disable the border.
  
• System > Display > Graphics. No option to disable the border (or to disable hardware acceleration since some older articles say that's the trick to disabling the rounded window borders as well.)
  

If it matters: Windows Update is up to date. Graphics driver (RTX 3060) up to date. All applications in use are up to date. (In fact, the problem became really noticeable today after an older version of an app that used to be able to go fullscreen on launch w/o the really annoying rounded border now launches with the really annoying rounded border. I have to toggle it manually out of fullscreen and back to fullscreen to get rid of the really annoying rounded border. Ugh. By the way, the unwanted border is really annoying and ruins the desired UX, not sure if I mentioned that as the problem yet...)

Also if it matters: Dual 27" 1440p 144Hz IPS Viewsonics with certified VESA DP 1.4 cables. No flickering, jittering, etc. with high res FPS games, etc. One has HDR on. The other has HDR off.

• To make sure we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
