Windows 10: I have to connect to my organization's network to activate Windows 11 even though I got it...

A few months ago I got Windows 11 for free on Microsoft's site and now it's telling me that I have to be connected to my organizations's network to activate it, which leaves me clueless because I have a genuine copy. I'm still getting updates to Windows 11 but I can't use any of the features I previously could. I tried looking for answers for a few days but I couldn't find anything of it. I even looked through my email to see if I'd find anything related to when I downloaded Windows 11 but there was nothing. What do I do?

2. Use the Command Prompt: You can manually specify the KMS host by using the slmgr.vbs script included with Windows.
   
   • Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
     
   • Type
     
     slmgr.vbs /skms <KMS HOST NAME>:<PORT>
     
     and press Enter. Replace <KMS HOST NAME> and <PORT> with your actual KMS host name and port (usually 1688). You might need to ask your IT department for this information.
     
   • Then type
     
     slmgr.vbs /ato
     
     and press Enter. This will attempt to activate Windows.
     
3. Contact IT Support: If these steps don't work, or if you're unsure about any part of this process, I recommend contacting your organization's IT support team for help.

my pc shows windows cannot connect to the organization activation server on activation settings . Troubleshooting didn't solved the problem. If there is any other solution please suggest.
