    I recently got a 34" widescreen LG monitor and almost every time I turn the monitor off, when I turn it back on, I have to fight with Windows 11 to offer 2560 x 1080 resolution. Why do I have to click and update and reboot almost every time for my computer to finally offer the proper recommended resolution?If it always EVENTUALLY works, how can I get it to automatically go to 2560 x 1080 every time, all the time?

    How can I obtain a screen resolution of 2560 x 1080 for my curved screen Samsung monitor, is there a patch available?

    The highest mode currently is 1920 x 1080 in may display driver hardware.

    I recently bough the LG WP500 - B ultrawide monitor, but I can't get it to display the 2560 x 1080 screen resolution I need. Right now it looks stretched out and fuzzy.

    Hi,

    I'm using the Surface Book and running into the same problem. I have a widescreen monitor that requires 2560 x 1080 resolution, but my laptop can only do a max of 1920 x 1080. I've tried your suggestions, but neither work. My drivers are all up to date.
