Everytime Im trying to connect my airpods to my phone after connecting it to my laptop, I have to forget the device and pair it again. I have this issue with my new laptop and it is a hassle to forget the device and pair it again everytime I want to use it on my phone or laptop. Previously, when I opened my laptop it would automatically connect to the airpods but still allowed me to connect with my phone again easily without forgetting the device. How do I fix this issue and make it easier to connect my airpods from laptop to phone?

Bluetooth Stopped pairing

On Monday my wireless headphones were working ok, on Tuesday they weren't . When I switch them on now, I still get the 'connected' message, but they no longer show up in the list of connected devices. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the Bluetooth adapter, re-installing the drivers, rolling back the drivers etc, and although i get the 'connected' and 'pairing' messages, they still don't appear on the list and are not working. Any suggestions, please? (There may have been an update installed on Monday night?) Windows 10 Pro. version 22H2. Build 19045.3930

 

Pairing hearing aids - device not detected

So, as a try, I was interested whether I could get sound on my hearing aids whilst watching a TV broadcast thru Microsoft Edge. Of course I can switch on the speakers but this is not desirable at times.

Along with my hearing aids I have a small device named ConnectClip. This device 'connects' other sound sources to my hearing aids. For instance, when listing to the radio on my smartphone.

Anyway, ConnectClip should be paired. I followed the video tutorial on this, that says nothing more than to enable Bluetooth, switched on the ConnectClip and select the device from the list at 'Add new device'.

As expected, it isn't that simple: the device is not detected.

I tried all kinds of settings but run out of ideas.


FWIW : at Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections I do notice an entry
"Bluetooth Network Connection 2" reading 'Not connected'
I am not sure whether that has something to do with it though.

The Device Manager > Bluetooth does not show some kind of 'Bluetooth adapter'.

Windows 10 x64 19042.985
I can't verify the currently installed Bluetooth version.

Anyone any suggestions..??

Have you tried upgrading/re-installing the drivers?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

  Make sure your Windows device supports Bluetooth and that it's turned on. You'll see a Bluetooth button in action center.
  
• 
  If you don’t see the Bluetooth button, try updating your device's driver. Here's how: Go to
  Start, enter Device Manager, select it from the list of results, and then, in
  Device Manager, locate your device, right-click (or press and hold) it, select
  Update Driver Software, select Search automatically for updated driver software, and then follow the rest of the steps.

  If Bluetooth is turned on, and the driver is up to date, but your device still doesn’t work, try removing the device and re-pairing it. Here's how: Go to
  Start, enter Devices, select Bluetooth, select the device, select
  Remove device, and then try pairing again.
  
• 
  Make sure that the Bluetooth-enabled audio device is on and discoverable. How you do this varies with devices, so check the info that came with your device or go to the manufacturer’s website.
