Windows 10: i have to pay again to play minecraft

Hello Microsoft, i purchased minecraft less than a year ago on my xbox. i recently switched to PC but i have to pay AGAIN to play minecraft. i tried everything to not pay another 30 euros. i even logged into my own account and that didn't seem to work. can you guys please help me not to pay again. my parents won't let me buy it again.

I played minecraft but i started to play luner clinet but on 4/1 i ckick the minecraft launcher but nothing happend but i uninstall it but do i need to pay $30 again
and will my data be there in java and bedrock
