    I have to reinstall Windows 10 and HP 8610 every month. HP said it's Microsoft's fault because Microsoft does software upgrades. Microsoft virtual assistance does not recognize the problem. I requested an agent call me back TWICE, but the agents, Jules and Alvin, hung up on me. I talked to an agent online who told me to do it myself with a link to a video and help yourself tutorial.


    Today, to get here at 12:30 PM EST, took one hour, 45 minutes, multiple web pages to search, multiple phone calls, multiple offers to learn how to become a tech support guru.


    I just want the software and hardware I purchased to work. I don't want to be a tech guru. I hate this. It feels like the oligarchy is now in control of our lives and we the people are not important as long as the US Government hands over technology to these private corporations and gifts them with tax credits.


    The oligarchy own us, own our government and we the people are expendable.

    HP Officejet 8610 network connection failure after Windows 10 update

    Next step (what I would do) is uninstall the HP 8610 driver software, restart the PC (don't skip this step), then do a new install of the printer software.

    HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 Not Working on Windows 10

    My HP Office Jet Pro 8610 worked fine with Windows 10 until HP forced me to update my Printer. After the recent update it would no longer print giving me the message that the driver was unavailable. I solved the problem by removing the printer from my
    device and manually installing through TCP\IP using the printer's IP address. This gave me the option on the list of printers to update the printer list. When I updated the list, this 8610 no longer existed on the list. I chose the HP Office Jet Pro 8000
    A809 Series and it worked like a charm! Good Luck.

    Hi Everyone,

    After we moved, my ACER laptop is unable to "find" by Hp Officejet 8610. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
