Windows 10: I have to troubleshoot everytime i want to connect to a Network

What I've done:- checked Device Manager and found no 'issue' icon triangle with an exclamation mark sign - Proceed to re-enable the driver worked; - Reinstall the driver worked; - Scan for hardware changes nothing happens; - Update driver already up to date.- Troubleshoot at Network & Internet in Status section workedIt never fail to fix the issue after troubleshooting, so it cant be the hardware ?The issue reoccurs everytime the computer turn on after a shutdown, Restarting the computer won't make the issue reoccur.Network device: IntelR Dual Band Wireless-

WLAN can not connect to this network.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Step 1: As you are using Wi-Fi connection, I suggest you to switch to wired connection (Connected the internet cable to your device) and check if the internet connection is working fine.

Step 2: Run
Network Adapter troubleshooter

Network Adapter troubleshooter find and fix the problems with wireless and other Network Adapter.

• Click on Start; in the start search type
  Troubleshooter and hit Enter.
• In the left pane, click on View all.
• Click on Network Adapter Troubleshooter.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
