Windows 10: I have tried fixing my black screen problem

So i am currently trying to fix my problem and it says that something is wrong with my pin. So I held enter and restarted, i was put in a blue screen with options and i tried cmd prompt, and startup repair and when O try to enter through to fix my issue i have to sign in to my account, But the problem is that i am using the right and correct password for my account but it keeps saying password incorrect and yes i did try resetting my password but as i enter the new password it still shows incorrect password. I am currently lost and am just tryna play games with friends. I am having troubles an
