    I have tried resetting bit with no success. Anything else I can try?


    I Use Windows 10 and cannot access Widows Store. When I select Store I get the screen message 'getting things ready' but it just buffers and does not load. I have tried resetting but with no success. The system is up to date. Anything else I can try?
