Windows 10: I have trouble Downloading files or factory resetting my windows 11 laptop

This is all happening because i bought a refurbished laptop from remarkt and they had theire own administrator account on it and i dont know the password of it and i can do almost nothing.1. cant download files that can do things on my device like a autoclicker because they will ask the password of the administrator account and im on a other account because i couldnt get on the administrator password2. i also cant contact them or anything. Im just stuck like this. 3.I also cant factory reset my laptop because they will ask the password of the administrator account.4. I just need help to 1:

IE 11 File Couldn't be Downloaded

Hello,

Really hitting my head against the wall on this one. I have a PC that refuses to download any type of file using Internet Explorer 11.

Things I have done:

• Turned off IE and renabled
• Reset IE back to factory (IE cannot seem to reset user customization)
• Reset IE DLL files
• Checked to see if it would save encrypted files to the disk.
• Removed antivirus.

Any additional thoughts here? I need to use IE on this PC so other browsers are not an option to use.

Seriously, you should just download a Windows disc and format the laptop. Best and easiest course of action.
