    Can't Access HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series

    hye, im use printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series.but this printer can't access with window 7 version. how do i do?

    According to HP it is supported for 7.

    Uninstall then reinstall your Printer using the correct Drivers and setup information at this HP website.

    And there are troubleshooting steps for it there too.
