I have unallocated space after a factory reset, and I can't make a new volume no matter...

So I had to do a factory reset because of a corrupted hard drive was preventing me from booting up. After countless attempts of trying to fix the boot cycle I just gave up and decided to do a factory reset through a USB stick. While doing a factory reset, I kept getting errors and the only option that was available to reinstall Windows was my second disk. I have two SSD drives on my PC Now that My PC is booted again, and the "C:" is now located on "Disk 1" I now have "System reserved" on "Disk 0" and "1862 GB Unallocated" space on disk 0. Which is the problem I am having. The unallocated spa

  2. Not be able to creat new volume in unallocated space in disk

I have tried to make partition in D drive. now Iis t showing two partition with one partition label as unallocated space and non of them as d drive. now if I am trying to convert unallocated space as new volume it is showing error as "The operation you
selected will convert the selected basic disk(s) to dynamic disk(s). If you convert the disk(s) to dynamic, you will not be able to start installed operating systems from any volume on the disk(s)(except the current boot volume)." so what should I do now?

    Unallocated Space on my SSD

You shouldn't have to, I've done this before without even rebooting the machine I was doing it on. However, the unallocated space has to be right next to the volume you want to expand, and it has to be marked as unallocated not just "free space".

Do you have more than one volume on the SSD, or is it just the C Drive?
