  1. I have uninstalled proccesses on my brand new windows installation

I was afraid I might have a virus so I wiped my pc and reinstalled windows from scratch, however when I go to the app history section of the task manager, it still shows "uninstalled processes" using both cpu and network. I don't understand how I could have any uninstalled proccesses on my pc, as i haven't installed anything yet. Should I be worried and can I remove it? Also I am unable to right-click the process to see it's properties as shown in the second screenshotalso there are a few odd accounts that appears in the security tab of a few msedgewebview proccess see first picture

    :)
