Windows 10: I have weird, tiny black bars that go across the bottom of the screen, they don't do much...

The bars are very thin and small, they're only at the bottom of the screen and go across horizontally, they don't stop me from clicking or seeing anything too much right now, but I would like to ask to check if it would become a bigger problem later, and what i would need to fix it nowIf it helps figure anything out, I'm using an HP Omen gaming laptop 15
