Windows 10: I have Windows 10 and my app Quick for GoPro is not working. Please help me

Hello, I recent brought me a new Asus Gaming i7, with the best video processor.

I am passionate for making videos so, I said myself it's time for an upgrade.

With this brand new laptop, I brought the original Windows 10.

I was very very sad when I realized that windows 10 is not compatible with the app Go Pro - Quick.

I have send a lot of emails to them and they said that they don't know why is it now working. I have sent them my Pc configuration and they said it's not from my PC. So, I thought that it is because of Windows 10, because on my XP version the app worked very good.


Please if you can, help me, because I am desperate :

I own a Spectre x360 with Windows 10. I downloaded both the GoPro apps, "Quik" and "GoPro Studio." When I open these apps everything is fine and I can download my GoPro content, however, when I try to edit the videos or pictures, the apps crash. My computer

Open the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

Connect the GoPro camera with a PC.

Open Cortana by pressing the Type here to search button on the taskbar.

Users can then select an Apply this Fix option to fix detected issues.

Gopro Quick for desktop.

For the last couple of years I've been using Gopro Quick for Desktop, and was having no problems. Then about 3-4 months ago it stopped launching.

I double click the icon the blue circle goes round then nothing. I check the task bar and there it is. I bring the cursor over it and its blanc with just the red cross top right to turn it off. After several messages back and forth from Gopro, trying various
fixes and no resolve, they finally suggested I contact Microsoft. They also Identify that there is currently a conflict as follows.
